When you reinstall Windows XP, the default video driver is a VGA driver. Windows XP cannot go into Standby mode with this driver. You need to go to your manufacturer's site, find and download the latest video driver, and install it.

There was another end of the year skit but it seems like it wasn't uploaded. They used all the leadership terms alluding to sex. It was hilarious!

Today during our team bonding, Ding told us that Skander had this video on the finance website. I totally didn't notice it. But it's such a hilarious movie clip! It's a parody of the Bernanke, who wrote our stinking text book and became the Chairman over this semester. The song is great!
